My tea selection this time around was for baking purposes so I picked up dried edibles like chamomile, roses, lavender, one secret edible flower that was not for sale and a tea mix, peaceful pleasure that I'm pretty obsessed with.
While these flowers and leaves were originally intended for baking, smoothie bowls and salads they made there way into a different mixture.
Long weeks, workouts, partying and a recent nudge from my personal trainer to be more diligent about stretching and massaging my muscles gave me the idea that I might benefit from soaking in an epsom salt bath.
I had recently taken a screen shot of a recipe I told myself I would try.
One c. Epsom Salt
1/2 c. Baking Soda
10 drops Lavender
Being fresh out of lavender oil but fresh in of dried lavender I headed straight to my kitchen for my Honeysuckle Teahouse goody bag.
I dropped in a 2 tblsp. of the peaceful pleasure tea a handful of roses and a pinch of the lavender.
I don't know that there is any other way to take baths anymore. Both of the kiddies have asked for their own tea baths
as soon as I finish this post.
