Skillet Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Rule with an Iron Skillet! The skillet has to be the one thing I couldnt live without in my kitchen. In this case it serves the purpose of baking a wonderfully aromatic and cheesy southern Mac n' cheese.

2 large eggs
3 c milk
1 TBSP flour, 1 pinch Kosher Salt, 1/8 tsp baking powder Mixture
1 TBSP gorgonzola cheese (optional)

2.5 c uncooked pasta

1 c freshly grated extra sharp cheddar
1 c freshly grated monterey jack

1 bay leaf (bottom of the skillet)

1/4 c butter

Salt and Pepper to taste

Paprika for Garnish
