I just recently read numerous reports about healthy eating habits to promote healthy sleep and great amounts of energy. The best thing is that they all had one thing in common, NUTS! For sleep http://www.webmd.com/ suggests almonds and walnuts for energy they reccomend pecans and cashews. Great, I was so excited to hear this that I headed straight for my raw and organic nutty supplier, Trader Joes.
