Uhhh Yum! These were delicious and not too difficult egg rolls and stir-fry an absolute YES! These egg rolls were so delicious between the two of us Jovon and I had about 10 it was at a 70-30% ratio of who ate how much but still I can't believe we ate all those deep-fried yummies!
1) Combine 1/2 cup of bean sprouts
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
3 green onions
2) In a medium skillet heat 1/2 tbsp. of sesame oil on medium heat. Brown 1/2 pound of lean ground turkey and 1 tbsp. of minced ginger and 1/2 tsp. minced garlic. Then add your shredded veggies and 1 tbsp. of oyster sauce. This should take only about 3 mins. just until most of the cabbage turns translucent. Remove from fire and fold your stuffing into egg roll sheets. 3) Deep fry, turning a couple of times until golden brown remove from oil and serve warm with soy sauce and dijon mustard!

I am definately trying vegetable spring rolls next, those are usually my favorite!
