Macaroni and GoatCheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1/2 box macaroni
2 tblsp goat cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/4 cup muenster cheese shredded
3 tblsp. shredded parmesean
1/4 cup mozarella
1 cup half and half
1 tblsp flour
2 tblsp bread crumbs
2 tblsp salted butter
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/8 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/2 tblsp red onions finely chopped
1/2 tblsp yellow onion finely chopped
1 clove (about 3/4 tsp.) garlic finely chopped

Combine goat cheese and lemon juice in a small dish.
In a medium sized baking dish melt butter, with onions and garlic.
Next prepare your pasta according to the box directions, drain and return pasta to your pot on low heat. Then add all the remaining ingredients to your pasta and stir until all of your cheese is melted. Pull your melted butter from the oven and add your pasta mixture to the baking dish stirring to incorporate your butter and onions. Top with an extra sprinkle of cheese, bread crumbs, paprika and pepper just for a pretty and tasty crunch (this is optional). Bake for about 15-30 minutes just until your edges brown.
Yes! So good add some fresh diced tomatoes for some added flavor and texture. I Love it!
